Trio produce Internal Grinding Quills for use on the best quality machine tools.
All our Quills are 100% checked for dimensional accuracy and are inspected on a machine head for accuracy of run out.
We use the highest quality Tungsten carbide or heavy Tungsten Alloy material, to ensure our Customers’ quality requirements are always met.
We can supply Quills for glued on wheels or screwed in wheels, to any thread size that is required. All threads can be Spark Eroded on Carbide Quills down to M1.6.
Trio manufacture precision grinding centres to your drawings and specifications with roundness values down to 0.0002mm. We can make any size centre from No 1 MT to No 6 MT, either male or female, whole or halved, but we do recommend using Tungsten Carbide for its dimensional stability. These are made using our Swiss and German machines ensuring the best quality at very competitive prices.
All our centres are 100% inspected for roundness on a Talyrond roundness-measuring machine and dimensionally checked using calibrated inspection equipment.
